Here, in addition to getting to know the hotel and its services better, we will provide you with information that will undoubtedly help you make the most of your stay.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

Check-in and Check-out times:

Check-in from 2:00 PM.

Check-out by 2:00 PM.

Voltage: 220V.

Room cleaning: Service is provided only if the green indicator on the acrylic sign outside the room is displayed. Please place the sign by 10:00 AM. Please note that housekeeping services are performed until 5:00 PM, depending on demand.

BREAKFAST: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM – Buffet style, served on the upper floor.

LUNCH: Our restaurant is open daily for lunch from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, except on Saturdays, when it is served until 3:00 PM.

AFTERNOON TEA: Complimentary for guests from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the restaurant or at the reception.

DINNER: Our restaurant is open for dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, except on Saturdays, when it is closed for dinner.

MINIBAR: The minibar is kept turned off; to use it, please plug it in and switch it on using the internal control.

POOL: Coolers are not permitted in the pool area or other outdoor areas of the hotel.

DRY SAUNA: To use the sauna, please request it at the reception 30 minutes in advance.

BEACH SERVICE: The hotel provides complimentary chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach in front of the property.

LOAN ITEMS: We offer various items for loan, including balls, ping-pong equipment, beach tennis sets, board games, playing cards, pool towels, and more. A lending fee of R$ 50.00 per item will be charged to the guest's account and refunded upon the item's return and the signing of the return form at the hotel reception.
