Everything you need to know about the hotel

Here, in addition to getting to know the hotel and its services better, we will provide you with information that will undoubtedly help you make the most of your stay.

Below, we provide some important information about the hotel. Please note that details may change on the wedding day (August 28th); however, we aim to make everything as clear as possible to ensure your stay with us goes smoothly.

Check-in and Check-out times:

Check-in: from 2:00 PM.

Check-out: by 2:00 PM.

Room cleaning: Service is provided only if the green side of the sign is displayed in the holder outside the room. Please place the sign by 10:00 AM. Housekeeping services are carried out until 5:00 PM, depending on demand.

BREAKFAST: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM – Buffet service, served on the upper floor.

LUNCH: Our restaurant serves lunch daily from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, except on Saturdays, when service ends at 3:00 PM. Please note that lunch service will not be provided by the hotel on the wedding day.

AFTERNOON TEA: Complimentary for guests from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the restaurant or reception area. Please note that afternoon tea service will not be provided by the hotel on the wedding day.

DINNER: Our restaurant serves dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, except on Saturdays, when it is closed for dinner. Please note that dinner service will not be provided by the hotel on the wedding day.

MINIBAR: The minibar is kept turned off; to use it, please plug it in and switch it on using the internal button.

POOL: Coolers are not permitted in the pool area or other outdoor areas of the hotel. DRY SAUNA: To use the sauna, please request it at the reception 30 minutes in advance.

BEACH SERVICE: The hotel provides complimentary chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach directly in front of the property.

LOAN ITEMS: We offer various items for loan, including balls, table tennis equipment, beach tennis sets, board games, playing cards, and pool towels. A loan fee of R$ 50.00 per item applies; this amount will be charged to the guest's account and reversed upon the item's return and the signing of the return form at the hotel reception.
