Last updated: November 22, 2024
Effective period: August 27th–29th, 2026
Location: Northern Coast of São Paulo, Brazil
1. General Provisions
1.1. The purpose of this document is to establish the terms of participation, behavior, and enjoyment during the event known as “The Wedding of Laís Tancredi de Antonio and Antonio Grille Mariscal”, hereinafter referred to as “The Event”, to be held from August 27th to 29th, 2026, on the northern coast of São Paulo, Brazil.
1.2. By confirming attendance, the Guest acknowledges, declares, and agrees that this is not a legal contract but rather a symbolic agreement of intentions, emotions, and good vibes, valid only in the memory and hearts of all participants.
1.3. Attendance implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, as well as the commitment to live every minute to the fullest and celebrate love in all its forms.
2. Obligations of the Guest
2.1. The Guest agrees to:
a) Attend with joy, enthusiasm, and preferably comfortable shoes;
b) Leave behind all digital distractions and temporarily adopt an “offline experience mode”;
c) Greet everyone with genuine smiles, warm hugs, and at least one attempt to dance;
d) Celebrate the couple’s union as if it were the grand finale of an Iberian–Latin love story.
2.2. The Guest shall fully enjoy the paradise setting of Brazil’s northern coast, respecting local nature, cultural traditions, and the harmonious coexistence between Brazilians and Spaniards.
2.3. It is strictly prohibited to:
a) Complain about the temperature of the caipirinha;
b) Refuse an invitation to dance (unless medically justified);
c) Decline to raise a toast to the couple with genuine enthusiasm;
d) Attempt to rationally understand the rhythm of the party — it is meant to be felt, not analyzed.
3. Multicultural Experience
3.1. Given the binational nature of the Event, the Guest acknowledges and accepts that they may be exposed to diverse cultural manifestations, including but not limited to:
-
Brazilian music played at contagious volumes;
-
Spanish expressions shouted with Iberian passion;
-
A gastronomic fusion likely to spark lively debates about what constitutes “authentic paella.”
3.2. The Guest agrees to keep an open mind and heart, embracing both the Brazilian tropical warmth and the Spanish spirit, understanding that both are essential to the essence of the couple.
4. Duration and Intensity
4.1. The Event will last for three days, including:
-
Day 1 (August 27, 2026): Welcome reception and emotional acclimatization;
-
Day 2 (August 28, 2026): Official ceremony, celebration, and collective joy explosion;
-
Day 3 (August 29, 2026): Farewells, long hugs, and promises of future reunions.
4.2. Guests are encouraged to stay hydrated, nourished, and emotionally energized throughout the Event.
4.3. Any attempt to leave before the official end of the celebration may result in heartfelt protests, pleas to “stay just a bit longer,” and, most likely, another round of drinks.
5. Dress Code and Appearance
5.1. Attire should reflect a balance between elegance and beachside comfort. Vibrant colors, floral prints, and broad smiles are highly encouraged.
5.2. Excessively high heels may be considered instruments of self-inflicted pain and are therefore discouraged.
5.3. Sunscreen use is strongly recommended and may be interpreted as a sign of wisdom.
6. Emotional and Affection Policy
6.1. During the Event, the Guest authorizes the free expression of emotions, including but not limited to: spontaneous tears, uncontrollable laughter, and prolonged hugs.
6.2. Any form of emotional restraint will not be tolerated.
6.3. The organizers reserve the right to photograph, record, and eternally preserve moments of affection without additional consent. By attending, the Guest agrees to become part of the historical archive of this celebrated love.
7. Coexistence and Good Fellowship
7.1. The Guest agrees to respect all participants, service providers, and the surrounding environment.
7.2. Discussions about football, politics, or which country cooks better — Brazil or Spain — must be carried out exclusively in a humorous tone.
7.3. Any attempt to steal the spotlight from the couple will be punished with mandatory dancing and the possible public display of compromising karaoke footage.
8. Unforgettable Consequences
8.1. By accepting these Terms, the Guest acknowledges that they may experience side effects such as:
-
Uncontrollable laughter;
-
Early-onset nostalgia;
-
An irresistible urge to relive the experience;
-
Existential reflections on the beauty of the Brazilian coast and the intensity of the party.
8.2. The organizers are not responsible for any new romances that may arise among guests during the Event — although such developments will be warmly supported.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction of Love
9.1. This document shall be governed solely by the universal laws of Love, Friendship, and Good Energy.
9.2. In the event of disagreement, conflict, or emotional hangover, amicable dialogue accompanied by coffee, pão de queijo, or Spanish tapas is highly recommended.
9.3. The competent jurisdiction for any dispute shall be the couple’s hearts, where appeals are always accepted in the form of hugs.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. Confirming attendance implies full acceptance of all the above and an irrevocable commitment to live three unforgettable days.
10.2. The Guest further acknowledges that:
-
Love is the official language of the Event;
-
Happiness is mandatory;
-
Time will seem to fly, but the memories will last forever.
10.3. Should a Guest wish to cancel attendance, they must submit a formal excuse accompanied by a poem, a song, or a really good reason.
By clicking “Confirm Attendance,” you accept the Terms and Conditions of this Wedding and agree to live this tropical–Iberian adventure with maximum enthusiasm.
