A beach run with a splash!
There is no better way to explore the region than by going for a run and, better yet, taking a dip in the saltwater afterward to cool off.
Antonio will lead this beach run, which includes a quick splash in the water before we move on to the rest of the day's activities. It will be a light, relaxed session just enough to warm up and loosen up the body for another day of celebration.

Pilates by the Sea
How about stretching out those muscles a bit after a day full of excitement? Loud music, dancing, alcohol, plenty of food... Here, the only sounds will be the ocean waves and your own breathing. Bring your sarong or towel and join this class led by Laís, focusing on breathing and stretching to get you ready for another day full of festivities.
